Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of smplmark (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

smplmark is a general-purpose benchmark host. Publishers upload benchmark data; visitors review benchmarks from the publishers they choose to trust. smplmark validates the shape of published data, not its truth. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any benchmark, number, or claim published through the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Publishing

If you publish data, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not infringe others' rights or violate any law. You retain ownership of what you publish and grant smplmark the license needed to host, display, and serve it through the Service. You are solely responsible for your published content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data; and no use that violates the rights of others.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data available through it is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, smplmark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
